Small Group PT Classes

These 6-man, 45 minute group PT sessions are primarily focussed on weight-based strength training, whilst also finishing off with a HIIT blast so you always leave sweating.

These sessions are perfect for any goal, including muscle growth, fat loss and increasing your fitness levels. We also design them in a way so that we can accept any activity or experience level so we really do cater to all!

  • 45 minute class with a focus on strength training and HIIT.

  • Continually periodised programme so you're always progressing.

  • Led by 5 different coaches, each with their own flavour

  • Flexible packs or monthly commitments

Oh and it’s nearly 1/4 of the price of a 1:1 PT session!

Hybrid HIIT Classes

These 45 minute, 10-man classes are perfect for those looking to get fitter, burn calories and work hard! You can expect a mixture of weighted floor work and bike cardio.


Short rest periods mean your heart rate will be elevated for the whole workout! Perfect for building aerobic and anaerobic fitness and burning calories!

  • 45 minute class

  • 8 man class means you're always working with people - building that community feel!

  • High Intensity Interval Training, burning up to 600 calories

  • 5 great coaches that'll push you to your max

  • 50% weighted strength training + 50% bike cardio work

  • Flexible packs or monthly commitments
