Working out with others can be great to help motivate you and hold you accountable to keep working hard! That's why we love SGPT sessions.

These 6-man, 45 minute group PT sessions are primarily focussed on weight-based strength training, whilst also finishing off with a HIIT blast so you always leave sweating.

These sessions are perfect for any goal, including muscle growth, fat loss and increasing your fitness levels.

We also design them in a way so that we can accept any activity or experience level so we really do cater to all!

Oh and it’s nearly 1/3 of the price of a 1:1 PT session!
