I'm the owner of Fitnessworks, Balham's first and only hybrid PT and cycle fitness studio.
I am a personal trainer and registered nutritionist and have logged just shy of 10,000 hours in the field. I’ve helped people just like you achieve things they previously thought were out of reach. I hold a masters degree in human nutrition and an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Health Sciences and I firmly believe evidence-based methods are key when it comes to health and fitness.

In our classes, you won’t be doing burpees and bunny hops for 45 minutes straight. You’ll be doing tried and tested training methods that will help you reach your goals.
Whether its fat loss, muscle gain or just getting back into shape. One of our tailor-made classes or PT options will have you covered.
We work with time poor corporate athletes that have lost their way and those that are upset with who they see in the mirror, if this sounds like you and you don’t like who you’ve become myself and my team at Fitnessworks are here and ready to help you.

You can cancel a ride through the booking system on our website. Please note, we have a non-refundable 24hour cancellation period.
Fitnessworks is located at 38 Balham Hill, SW12 9EL. A short, 2-minute walk from Clapham South station and a 5-minute walk from Balham station.
While we don’t have onsite parking, the roads just behind the facility are permit holder only zones from 10:30-11:30am.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session.
We recommend you bring a water bottle and some cycle cleats if you wear them!
We will supply you with a hand towel for each class.
