These new 45 minute classes are a massive cardio blast. You can expect a mixture of weighted floor work and bike cardio!
These 10-man classes are perfect for those looking to get fitter, burn calories and work hard!
The workout is alternating workout periods on the floor doing weighted strength and toning exercises with a cardio shock on the bikes.
Short rest periods mean your heart rate will be elevated for the whole workout! Perfect for building aerobic and anaerobic fitness and burning calories!
This class would work perfectly in tandem with SGPT so you're body is getting a full and complete exercise regime.
